I am loving this article by Dr. Travis Bradberry, the co-author of Emotional Intelligence 2.0, that shows us how “Google is building bosses that are so good, they’re unforgettable.” In a good way, of course.
It reminds me of that old age question, “Why would anyone want to be led by you?” Yes, despite our job, title and position, what’s in it for other people when we are being their leader?
This is my favorite paragraph from the article:

Inspire. Teach. Protect. Remove obstacles. Be human. If you cultivate these characteristics, you’ll become the unforgettable boss that your people will remember for the rest of their careers.
